　　全流程线上自助操作，随借随还······现如今，“数字金融”给人们生活带来便利的同时，也给骗子提供了诈骗机会。去年9月，广西的罗先生接到一通自称某金融平台客服打来的电话，结果陷入电信网络诈骗圈套。罗先生共计向对方转账9万余元。近日，南宁铁路民警经过努力，帮其追回了4万余元。

　　2022年9月25日晚，贵港站派出所民警执勤时遇到旅客罗先生匆匆赶来报警说自己被骗了。罗先生告诉民警，当天下午，他接到一通自称某金融平台的客服打来的电话，并声称由于政策调整，国家降低了信用卡利率，可以帮他把绑定在该金融平台上的信用卡利率调低。

　　在所谓“客服”的电话指导下，当天下午4时左右，罗先生向对方指定的银行账户转账49400元。这时对方告知他的信用卡遭到冻结，需要再次转账44900元才可以办理“降低信用卡利率”业务。于是罗先生当晚7时左右又向对方指定的另一银行账户转账，两次共转账94300元人民币。

　　在转完两次账后，对方此前承诺的“转账全额退还”却迟迟不兑现，罗先生这才意识到自己被骗，赶忙报警。

　　接到报警后，贵港站派出所民警第一时间进行止付操作。通过研判资金走向，民警发现受害人部分被诈骗资金相继进入轩某的两个银行账户中，迅速将上述涉案账户冻结。

　　近日，南宁铁路警方将42202元返还给罗先生，而另一部分涉案资金正在进一步追查中。

　　警方提醒

　　冒充金融平台客服要求转账到所谓“安全账户”，是诈骗分子的惯用骗术，市民朋友要提高警惕、多加防范。另外，凡是接到（自称）客服人员的电话，要慎重辨别，以各种理由要求提供银行账户、余额、密码等个人信息的，都是诈骗。

　　The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more. Democratic Party members forged a close alliance, refusing to vote for McCarthy, while about 20 Republicans also declined to cast ballots for the GOP leader.

　　Except for his unpopular role as a "political speculator" in Congress, McCarthy’s hard-won election can be attributed to turmoil within the Republican Party.
